Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Betzed platform and any Betzed services provided through the Website. By registering an account or using Betzed, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Betzed Privacy Policy and any applicable rules, promotions or game-specific terms. Betzed reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be published on the Website and becomes binding upon publication. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions and Parties

In these Terms:

• “Betzed” means the operator providing the Website and Services and any successor or assign(s) thereof.
• “Account” means an account opened by a user to access Betzed Services.

Opening an Account

To open an Account, you must provide accurate personal information, including your name, date of birth, contact details and a valid email address. You may be required to verify your identity before you may use any part of the Services. You warrant that information provided is true, complete and current, and you undertake to update it promptly if it changes.

One Account per person is the rule. Betzed reserves the right to close duplicate or suspicious Accounts and to take any necessary steps, including requesting documentation, to verify identity. Accounts must be registered in the name of the individual user and must not be transferred or shared. Betzed may suspend or close an Account suspected of breach, fraud or other unlawful activity.

Identity Verification and Anti‑Money Laundering

Betzed may perform verification checks on Identity and payment details at any time. You authorize Betzed to carry out checks with internal and external sources, including regulatory bodies, to confirm identity and eligibility. If you refuse to complete verification, Betzed may suspend or restrict activities including withdrawals until verification is completed. Betzed may conduct online verification, document checks, and may request live video verification to confirm ownership of the Account. During verification, Betzed may limit or block withdrawals and other transactions.

False information, or misrepresentation, discovered during verification, may lead to immediate suspension or closure of the Account, and the return of funds in accordance with applicable law. Betzed will keep customer funds separate from operational funds in accordance with prudent cash-management practices and regulatory requirements.

Account Management and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Betzed will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where you have breached security or shared credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Betzed immediately. Betzed reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or close Accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

Duplicate Accounts and Prohibited Conduct

Betzed permits no more than one active Account per person. If multiple Accounts are discovered, Betzed may close the additional Accounts, void bonuses and winnings, and may recover funds from other Accounts where appropriate. Betzed reserves the right to void bets, cancel promotions, or impose restrictions if Accounts are used in a manner that breaches these Terms or constitutes cheating, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.

Responsible Gaming

Betzed implements responsible gaming measures and provides Account Settings to place limits on deposits, losses, and playing time. You may set, increase, or revoke limits; reductions take effect immediately, while increases take effect after a specified cooling-off period. Betzed may, at its discretion, restrict or close an Account if gambling appears to create financial or personal difficulties for the user.

Betzed offers guidance and links to independent support services; seeking such support is encouraged where gambling may become problematic.

Time-Out, Self-Exclusion and Financial Protection

You may request a Time-Out to take a temporary break from playing. Time-Out periods are set in your Account profile and can be revoked after 24 hours from the request. Self-Exclusion provides a longer break and, once enacted, will disable deposits and withdrawals for the selected period. Reactivation after Self-Exclusion requires a confirmation process and may be subject to a cooling-off period. Indefinite Self-Exclusion or permanent blocking may be available for individuals showing signs of gambling addiction, subject to verification and approval by Betzed.

During Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, Betzed will not permit new deposits or bets and will return eligible funds in accordance with its policies and regulatory requirements.

Deposits and Payments

Betzed accepts a range of payment methods and currencies as published in the Deposit section. Deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered to the Account holder. Third‑party deposits are prohibited; winnings and deposits derived from any third party may be forfeited. Betzed reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for deposits and to suspend payments if documentation is outstanding or unclear.

Betzed does not offer credit facilities. Betzed may impose limits or require additional information before processing deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may require submission of KYC documents. Betzed may delay, limit, or deny withdrawals where documentation is incomplete or where there is suspicion of illegal activity or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payment method’s timelines and regulatory requirements, and may be subject to additional verification checks. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before processing the withdrawal.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Promotions and bonuses are governed by their own terms and conditions. They may provide wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility criteria. Bonuses awarded do not constitute a claim on Betzed beyond the terms of the promotion and may be withdrawn or forfeited if the terms are not satisfied.

Taxes

Intellectual Property and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Betzed excludes liability for losses arising from use of the Website, except for breaches of applicable law or these Terms where liability cannot be excluded. Betzed does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Website or Services, and is not responsible for issues arising from third‑party payment providers or force majeure events.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Betzed, its affiliates and licensors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or use of the Services in an unauthorized manner.

Termination and Suspension

Betzed may suspend or terminate your Account for any breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or when required by law. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be refunded in accordance with Betzed policies and applicable law, subject to deductions for any amounts owed by you, including bonuses that have not been earned or withdrawn in accordance with the Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betzed operates under its gambling license. Any disputes related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms required by applicable law or licensing regulations.

Miscellaneous

No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be valid unless in writing and signed by Betzed. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Betzed with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
