General Rules and Market Settlement

These Rules govern all bets placed on Betzed. By placing a bet you accept these Rules as binding and agree that Betzed may modify them in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

A market is settled when the official result is determined and published by the event organizer or governing body. Betzed relies on the official source for final results. Where a market is declared void, Betzed will refund stakes in accordance with these Rules.

• Outright or long‑term markets may be voided if the official outcome is announced after bets were placed.
• Where an event is not completed and the final decision is communicated by the referee or an official source, Betzed settles the market in line with that decision. If the official decision is published more than 48 hours after the event’s end and certain bets remain undecided, those bets may be voided and stakes refunded as provided herein.
• Markets including overtime or penalties are settled after the period specified in the market description; penalties that are not included in the market description are not taken into account unless expressly stated.
• For multi‑leg or aggregate markets, settlement follows the official result for the relevant legs, subject to the market description and applicable rules for postponements or abandonments.

Event Changes and Cancellations

Betzed may void or suspend bets if there is a material change to the event after a bet is placed. This includes changes to the venue, or significant alterations to the structure or duration of the event such as the length of play, distance, or number of periods.

If an event is postponed or canceled, Betzed will settle bets according to the results ultimately determined by the organizer, or refund stakes on a pro rata or total basis as described in the market terms. If the event resumes within 48 hours of the original start time, bets generally remain valid; if the event does not resume within that window, Betzed reserves the right to void outstanding bets and refund stakes.

Fraud, Integrity and Regulatory Cooperation

Betzed may take action if it suspects fraud, manipulation, or integrity concerns related to an event. Actions may include withholding settlement, keeping selected bets unsettled, and notifying relevant regulators or authorities. Betzed may wait for an official verdict before settling or voiding affected bets and reserves the right to apply those outcomes to the betting records.

Bet Acceptance, Validity and Corrections

• The company reserves the right to not accept all or part of a bet and to provide no reason for rejection. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
• Before an event starts Betzed may void or cancel part or all of a bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason; this may occur after acceptance and before settlement.
• After the event starts Betzed may void or cancel part or all of a bet if there is a valid reason, including palpable error in event wording or odds, attempts to bypass risk management, misuse of information, combining related bets, direct participation or relationships with event participants, or a technical error affecting odds or events.

Live Betting and Video Assistant Referee VAR

In‑play settlements may be affected by VAR or other official decisions. If a VAR decision contradicts the on‑field ruling and alters the state of the match in the period between the original incident and the final decision, bets placed in that window may be voided, provided that the odds offered for those bets were affected by the VAR decision. Bets on other offers not affected by the VAR outcome will stand. For settlement purposes the incident is treated as occurring at the time of the original event, even if review occurs later. Betzed reserves the right to adjust or reverse settlements if the final decision is communicated before the conclusion of the match or the applicable settlement window and changes the result accordingly.

Odds Formatting and Settlement Timelines

• Visible odds are truncated to two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal place, and total winnings are truncated to two decimal places.
• The maximum interval between initial settlement and any potential re‑settlement of a betslip is 30 days.

Formats and Market Structure

Supported prematch and live match formats include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. For matches with a total duration outside the range of 50 to 90 minutes, all markets will be void. For 3x30 format, halftime duration is calculated as total match duration divided by 2. Betzed does not assume responsibility for unanticipated changes to formats; risk is borne by the customer upon registration.

Outrights and Play‑or‑Pay

Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) operate under a play‑or‑pay principle: bets on listed participants will stand even if a listed participant is unable to participate, and will be treated as losses where applicable. Head‑to‑head H2H markets are excluded from this rule. If a listed participant is replaced by another participant of the same team, team markets remain valid while individual participant markets for the original participant are void.

Scorers and Special Bet Types

• First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer bets apply to regular time unless the market description states otherwise. Own goals may be treated as non‑scoring unless the official records indicate otherwise; if a player never plays, First Goalscorer and Last Goalscorer bets on that player are void, while Anytime Goalscorer applies only to players who participate.
• If a match is abandoned but at least one scorer has occurred, bets on the First Scorer apply; bets on the Last Scorer may be void, and Anytime Scorer bets on other players may stand if they participated.

Responsible Gaming and User Welfare

Betzed implements responsible gaming measures, including identity verification, self‑exclusion options, and access to responsible gaming resources. Policies governing these protections are available within the platform and may be updated from time to time.
